I am an avid reader…everything from children’s literature to contemporary chick lit and historical romance to Booker Prize winners.

I write poetry, playing with words and sound to reflect my everyday experiences.

I also write other fiction…opening a new document on my laptop whenever a new idea comes to me.

I confess to reading the endings of books when the suspense gets to me and turning down the corners of books (never library books, only ones that I own).
